Manual has all the information necessary to keep your SUBARU in
excellent condition and to properly maintain the emission control
system for minimizing emission pollutants. We urge you to read this
manual carefully so that you may understand your vehicle and its
operation. For information not found in this Owner’s Manual, such
as details concerning repairs or adjustments, please contact the
SUBARU dealer from whom you purchased your SUBARU or the
nearest SUBARU dealer.
The information, specifications and illustrations found in this
manual are those in effect at the time of printing. SUBARU
CORPORATION reserves the right to change specifications and
designs at any time without prior notice and without incurring any
obligation to make the same or similar changes on vehicles
previously sold. This Owner’s Manual applies to all models and
covers all equipment, including factory installed options. Some

Не уверен, что все знают, что в Казахстане при покупке именно Субару, любой модели, отсутствует инструкция по эксплуатации, всё выдается в электронном виде. Мне это принципиально не нравится, да и матери было бы удобнее читать в классическом варианте, чем с экрана смартфона/ноутбука, тем более если в дороге её застанет какая-то «новая» или не знакомая пиктограмма на панели приборов.
В России заказать не вариант, нет артикула говорят, поэтому написал главному дистрибьютору Казахстана «Астана Моторс»:
Здравствуйте!
В связи с покупкой нового автомобиля возник один важный вопрос, почему с покупаемым автомобилем нет в комплекте инструкции по эксплуатации?
Почему на сайте инструкция 2019г, при продаже автомобилей 2021 модельного и производственного года?
В продаже автомобиля без инструкции по эксплуатации мне видится нарушение Статьи 7 в части 1 п.3 (получение свободного доступа к информации, размещая инструкцию по эксплуатации на сайте вы ограничиваете доступ к информации о товаре, его особенностях, правилах эксплуатации) и Статьи 10 частей 1 и 2 (Размещая инструкцию 2018 года для 2019 модельного года, не обновляя ее вы тем самым отказываете потребителю в доступе к достоверной и и своевременной информации о товаре) Закона Республики Казахстан «О защите прав потребителей.
Поэтому прошу в ответном письме прокомментировать 2 моих вопроса и ваше видение ситуации по имеющемуся разногласию.
